My adHub



1.  What is 'My adHub'?
My adHub is a convenient and flexible way of accessing and controlling your account details and transactions.
2.  How do I access 'My adHub'?
After you have registered, you can log in to access this section from the top navigation of the website.
3.  Why can't I access 'My adHub'?
Only registered members are allowed to access this section. Please login or register an account first.
4.  How should I use 'My adHub'?
My adHub is a convenient and flexible way of accessing and controlling your account details and transactions. You can monitor your Ad purchases, Offers, Notifications or edit your settings and preferences.
5.  What are 'Favourite Publications'?
You can compile a list of Publications to put on a watch list for easy reference. When one of your Favourite Publications creates new Ad listings, you will be notified by email.
6.  What are 'Favourite Ads'?
You may compile a list of Ads to put on a watch list for easy reference. When the ad is sold or expires, it is automatically removed from your Favourites.
7.  How many Publications can I add to my Favourites?
You can add as many publications as you wish.
8.  What is the 'Ad Buy Summary'?
If you have purchased an ad, you can view details about the ad as well as contact information for the Publication you purchased it from at the Ad Buy Summary.
9.  Where can I find out how much money I have saved using adHub?
adHub lists the amount of money you have saved and displays it on the "My Account" page in the My adHub area.
10.  Can I change both my password and email address?
Yes. You can edit both your password and email address from the 'Settings' page in the 'My adHub' section.
11.  How do I change my account settings?
Edit settings in your profile by following the "Settings" page from the My adHub section.
12.  What does the 'Mark As' option in my 'Notifications" "Ad Buy Summary" and "Transactions" pages do?
The 'Mark As' option allows you to control how your ad buys and transactions are displayed. By keeping items 'Current' you can stay on top of fulfillment for your ads.
