Managing Your Account



1.  How do I change my account settings?
Edit settings in your profile by following the "Settings" page from the My adHub section.
2.  Can I change both my password and email address?
Yes. You can edit both your password and email address from the 'Settings' page in the 'My adHub' section.
3.  Can I change my username?
No. Once registered, you cannot edit the username associated with an account.
4.  Where can I find out the money I have earned by using adHub?
adHub tracks the amount of money your Publication has earned and displays it on the "My Account" page in the My adHub section.
5.  How do I monitor my Ad Sales Activity?
You can view your sales activity and who has purchased your ads by viewing the "Sales" or the "Sales History" pages. You also will be notified by email when an ad is sold.
6.  What does the 'Mark As' option in my "Sales" and "Sales History" do?
The 'Mark As' option allows you to control how your ad sales and sales history are displayed. By keeping items 'Current' you can stay on top of fulfillment for your publication.
7.  I completed registration, why can't I sell ads yet?
For security reasons adHub verifies every new Publication by contacting them directly. After adHub has confirmed the Publication they will be able to sell ads and you receive an email confirming verification. We recommend that Publications complete their Media Kit's at this time.
