adHub Costs, Charges & Payments

1. How much does adHub cost?: It's free! Publications pay adHub a commission off the sale price of the ad. Advertisers are only charged the amount described in the price of the Ad and all applicable taxes.

2. Who am I paying for the Ads on adHub?: When Ads are sold on the system, payment is processed by adHub but remitted to the Publication after a 10 percent commission is deducted.

3. How does the payment process work?: Advertisers will be guided through the payment process when they make an offer or when they buy an ad listed by a Publication. In the case of offers, funds are pre-authorized (not processed) when an offer is made. If an offer is rejected adHub will immediately cancel pre-authorization. If a Publication accepts the offer, the payment will then be processed.

4. What methods of payment does adHub accept?: Currently adHub accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

5. How do I pay by cheque?: At this time adHub does not accept cheques.

6. Can I get a refund if there's a problem with my ad?: Refund requests should be made directly to the Publication. For more information about refunds, please view the "Refund Policy."

7. Will adHub refund my money if my Ad is refused by the Publication?: Usually adHub remits payment immediately after the transaction is finalized. Therefore you will need to contact the Publication directly to request a refund. Refund policies may vary from Publication to Publication.

8. Under what circumstances will I receive a refund from adHub?: In most cases, you will need to contact the Publication that sold you the ad to request a refund. For more information about refunds, please view the "Refund Policy" to review the situations where you may be eligible for a refund from adHub.

9. Does adHub have any hidden charges or fees?: adHub has no additional charges or fees. Any production charges listed are for information purposes only and to be arranged and paid directly to the Publication if required.

10. What is adHub's process for ad payments?: When using adHub, advertisers pay by using their credit card in a secured payment process.
